Director of Operations

Born and raised in Northern Manitoba Canada, Michelle-Renee currently resides with her family in Rivers Manitoba.

She has been working in the hospitality management and banquet/event coordinating fields for over 20 years and holds three separate diplomas from Granton Institute of Technology including:

• Food Services Management
• Bar Operations Management
• Nutrition & Diet Therapy

She is a Certified Specialist with Sandals resorts and is currently enrolled in the certification courses for both the Wedding Planner’s Institute of Canada and the Association of Bridal Consultants

She is also a member in good standing of the Canadian Restaurant & Food Services Association and a certified Trainer for their National Food Safety Training Program, and a certified Group Fitness Leader with the Manitoba Fitness Council
