She has been working in the hospitality management and banquet/event coordinating fields for over 20 years and holds three separate diplomas from
Granton Institute of Technology

Food Services Management
Bar Operations Management
Nutrition & Diet Therapy
She is a Certified Specialist with Sandals resorts
and is currently enrolled in the certification courses for both the
Wedding Planner's Institute of Canada
and the
Association of Bridal Consultants
She is a member in good standing of the
Canadian Restaurant & FoodServices Association
and a certified Trainer for their
National Food Safety Training Program
